VSQ quality Brut spumante, long Charmat method, 12° alcohol, produced by soft wine pressing of Prosecco and Pinot Noir grapes from Alto Adige. Aged for 9 months in tanks and 6 months in the bottle, it is pale straw in colour with greenish hints. Dry, light and fresh; this wine is pleasantly astringent with a subtle but definite bouquet which is fragrant and fruity. Suitable for aperitifs, fish starters, fresh molluscs: serve at a temperature of 8°C. Acidity 7‰ – Sugar content 1‰.
