Extra dry VSQPRD spumante DOC, 11.5° alcohol. Produced from wine pressing of Prosecco grapes only, from the wine area of Valdobbiadene, and fermented naturally. Dull straw with pale green overtones, it is clear with incessant perlage and a delicate aroma reminiscent of flowers. Its taste is dry, light and markedly fruity. Suitable for aperitifs, fat-free starters, salt or fresh water fish. Serve at a temperature of 8°C.
