The Verdiso variety of vines has its ideal environment in the areas where winters are cold and give way slowly to the mild spring temperatures.The grapes come from varieties of vines cultivated biologically in the hills to the extreme north of the Treviso foothills, where the leaves from the vines and the chestnut trees rustle in harmony. Its colour is pale straw with greenish hints; the scent is delicately vinous, typical, faintly fruity, very pleasant. The flavour is slightly sweet, neutral or lightly herbaceous and fresh. Particularly good with fish dishes; excellent as an aperitif. Serve cool.
